This position is responsible for rendering professional medical services to the patient population of Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. This position augments the Physician's data gathering abilities and assists in reaching decisions and instituting care plans for our patients. The position is also accountable for the complete documentation of patient visits in the patient chart as well as administrative reporting activities as assigned by management. This role will require travel to and from the 9 health centers operated by DVCH.

Qualifications, Education, and Knowledge: Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required. Previous experience in Adult/Family Practice is highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
