Warrenton, Virginia UVA Community Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our established team at UVA Health Piedmont Family Medicine.
This practice builds upon a long-standing legacy of care in the Fauquier community and continues to expand access to high-quality primary care throughout the region.

Position Highlights: Location: Warrenton, VA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM FTE: 1.0 Patient Volume: 19–25 patients per day Call: Approximately 1:12 rotation for clinic patients with Envera After Hours Triage Setting: Outpatient only EMR: EPIC Technology: DAX Copilot AI-assisted documentation Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Onsite Services: Moderately complex lab and point-of-care testing
Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine Licensure: Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license Commitment to team-based, high-quality, patient-centered care The base compensation range for this role is $269,452 - $382,525 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
