About the role

The Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist will work collaboratively with primary and specialty care within a supportive mental health department. The role involves providing outpatient care, including some telehealth services.

We’re looking for a BC/BE Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our Mental Health Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working collaboratively with primary and specialty care. The department consists of seven psychiatrists, four psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and fifteen therapists.

Additional details

  • 100% outpatient; some telehealth work required
  • Candidate must reside in either OR or WA to be eligible for remote work
  • No weekends, no call
  • Established in-house referral network
  • Compensation is a production model
  • New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee between $302,000 and $335,000 with upside earning potential
  • Up to $35,000 starting bonus
  • Two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy in
