The Histotechnician will process tissues through fixation, dehydration, and infiltration, as well as perform routine and special staining. Additional duties include assisting with cytology specimens and filling in for the Autopsy Assistant when necessary.
Candidates must have an Associate degree from an accredited institution and ASCP certification or equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience within the last three years is preferred.
