The role involves providing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Behavioral Health (BH) settings for 13-week contracts. LPNs must be adaptable to work on day and evening shifts in these diverse care environments.
Candidates must possess an active LPN license in New York and demonstrate strong skills in communication, organization, and de-escalation. The position requires the ability to work either full-time or part-time across day and/or evening shifts.
