This role involves providing patient care through nursing-based practices aligned with the American Nurses Association Standards of Professional Practice and Performance. The clinician operates as an Advanced Beginner, balancing dependent and interdependent decision-making while focusing on expanding knowledge within a specialty area.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of six months of clinical RN experience or successful completion of the probationary Nurse Clinician I period. Applicants are required to possess and maintain a current Texas Registered Nurse license or valid practice permit and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
