The Clinical Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient health status, formulating individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team, and directing care activities. This role involves documenting assessments, transcribing physician orders, providing patient education, and continuously evaluating patient outcomes according to established policies.
Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing and hold an active Registered Nurse License issued by Florida or a Compact State, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional unit-specific certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NIHSS may be required depending on the unit.
