Assists eye care professionals by performing routine vision screenings and administering medications. Responsible for maintaining treatment rooms and cleaning ophthalmic equipment.
Requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Ophthalmic Technician certification is preferred.
Assists ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians, and physicians.
