Any variances are reported to Charge Nurse.Records all entries on flow sheets, kiosk, etc., in an informative/descriptive manner.Performs residents' individualized restorative nursing program, as ordered.Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to/from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.Attends outings with residents as assigned.
