Social Worker - LCSW - Transplant

• Join our dynamic and collaborative transplant social work team at Mayo Clinic in Florida.
• In this position you will complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments, create individual transplant plans with patients and families, and provide counseling and education throughout the transplant episode of care.
• This position will rotate between all transplant organ teams.
• Additional Responsibilities include: Facilitating crisis intervention and short-term psychotherapy.
• Communicating effectively verbally and in writing while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external support systems.
• Functioning as an interdisciplinary team member.
• This position includes specified billable patient contact hours dependent upon assigned unit/site. **This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification; Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
