The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing behavioral health modalities and developing specific treatment goals for the targeted client population. This must be done while ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare consistent with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master's Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university, along with current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW). Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of psychiatric treatment experience and knowledge of Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults.
