The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care, administers prescribed medications and treatments, and monitors client health status under supervision. Key duties include coordinating care with other providers, educating clients and families, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Applicants must possess a current and valid LPN license in Ohio and current CPR/BLS Certification. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred, especially within a behavioral or mental health setting, alongside strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

The LPN works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support medical needs, administer medications, monitor client health, and ensure the highest standard of care in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Clinical setting within a behavioral health facility. May require occasional local travel to community-based client visits or satellite offices. Position may include standing, walking, lifting, and interaction with clients experiencing mental health crises.
