The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver empathetic and compassionate care to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis center. Responsibilities include building long-term relationships with patients and their families while leveraging a broad range of nursing skills to manage unique treatment plans.
Candidates must possess a current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice and current CPR certification, with IV certification required if mandated by state regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and while no dialysis experience is required, one year of hospital or clinical setting experience is preferred.
