As a Physical Therapist, the role involves establishing appropriate goals, creatively executing treatment plans, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants while maintaining productivity standards and completing required documentation. The therapist will also help patients achieve critical outcomes and act as a trusted partner to the community served.
Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists and hold a valid or pending state license, with new graduates strongly encouraged to apply. Prior experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is beneficial but not always required.
Overview Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at St. Paul's Senior Living in Greenville, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member.
This role will start out at between 30-32 hours weekly (full time status) but with caseload building, can eventually go up to 40 hours weekly. We can suppot M-F schedule or 4 day schedule of either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday. Must be available to rotate on a Sunday every 4 weeks for evals. 🎓 New grads are encouraged to apply!
