The Registered Nurse will provide care and support to terminally ill patients in Bergen County, NJ, aiming to bring comfort and help them achieve peace of mind during their final days. Responsibilities include collaborating with professionals, triaging calls, making necessary patient visits, administering medication, and providing emotional support to patients and families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey, requiring at least one year of RN experience, with hospice experience being preferred. Applicants must also possess excellent assessment and problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and have a licensed, insured automobile.
