The Behavioral Health Technician supports nursing administration by managing staffing levels and supervising patient sitters. They are also responsible for administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and ensuring compliance with organizational protocols.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred. CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) are required within 30 days of employment.
