Behavioral Health Technician

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment prior to any patient contact

Schedule

3x12, Nights (7p-7a), rotating weekends / 3x12, Days (7a-7p), rotating weekends / PRN 12 hr. shifts

Collin Springs is a behavioral health hospital located in McKinney, Texas, part of the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth metropolitan area. We provide inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges.

Our programs offer caring, compassionate treatment for adolescents and adults. We provide evidence-based inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges.

We treat children and adolescents aged 11+ and adults aged 18+.

Programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Help for Heroes®. And we are affiliated with The Jason Foundation.
