The role involves joining an established Trauma group at a Level II Trauma Center, participating in light call schedules within a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities include managing traumatic injuries and complex surgical cases as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO from an accredited institution, be Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery and/or Surgical Critical Care, and have fellowship training or extensive experience in Trauma Surgery. A valid Georgia medical license, DEA registration, and strong communication skills are also mandatory.
