Applicants must be 18 years or older and capable of lifting 200 lbs with assistance. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to obtain necessary background clearances are also required.

The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.
