The nurse will implement, monitor, and adapt personalized care plans while acting as the primary patient advocate by communicating critical condition changes in real-time. Responsibilities also include harmonizing efforts across multiple disciplines, executing physician and nursing orders accurately, and coordinating comprehensive discharge plans.
Candidates must possess a Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Kansas Board of Nursing and either a Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at hire. A BLS Provider certification (AHA or ARC) is required within 30 days of hire, and 12-18 months of Oncology nursing experience is preferred.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
