Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English, possess basic computer skills, and pass a Level II background check and drug test. Previous experience with elderly or disabled patients and a high school diploma are preferred.

A Personal Care Attendant is a person who has met certain training requirements and provides care to residents related to the activities of daily living. Candidates will receive this training under the facility’s Personal Care Attendant Training Program, which will enable the Person Care Attendant to further obtain skills and preparation toward the goal of successfully passing the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam.
