If you’d like to learn more about Foresight and be considered for future opportunities, we invite you to complete this interest form to get connected with a member of our team for an exploratory call As a Foresight Therapist, You’ll Enjoy: Consistent schedule aligned with your availability for FT or PT Work remote or in a hybrid setting (based on location availability) Freedom to use modalities aligned with your strengths and client needs Easy documentation through a streamlined EHR Professional development, consultation groups, and a dedicated support team for building caseloads, credentialing, and billing Free in-house Continuing Education and reimbursement for up to $600/year toward Professional Certification Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and mental health nurse practitioners along with in-house referrals and partnership with our special programs Real people support from our live trainings, in-house IT, and operations teams What You’ll Do: Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person) with diverse mental health needs, including ADHD, mood disorders, and relational issues Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs) Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salaries: Full-time: $72,000–$110,000/year (based on caseload, minimum of 25 clients/week) Part-time clinicians see between 10-24 clients per week (minimum 12 hours per week of availability required) – hourly rate of 50 USD (part-time) Comprehensive Benefits for full-time employees: Medical, dental, vision insurance; 4 weeks PTO; paid holidays; 401(k) match, HSA/FSA, company-paid life insurance, and more!
What We’re Looking For: Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles).
Must not be opted out of Medicare What Sets You Up For Success: Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom) Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities Commitment to accessibility, cultural humility, continuous learning, and Foresight’s client-centered Philosophy of Care Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset within interdisciplinary models If this sounds aligned with your goals and values, we’d love to learn more about you.
