Salary Range

USD $17.50 - USD $22.50 /Hr. Duties & Responsibilities

The Mental Health Technician works in harmony with the nursing staff to provide care for our patients. In addition, the Mental Health Technician is responsible for: Directing patient care Assisting with maintaining medical records Monitoring patient interactions and safety Providing clerical support Assisting in patient data collection Performing medical procedures under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Qualifications & Requirements High School diploma required In general 1 yr. equivalent work experience in psychiatric/addictive disease treatment facility Must be CPR certified Must have a reliable source of transportation
