About the Role

Join HomeWell Care Services GA311 as a CNA / PCA, where your compassionate care makes a real difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized in-home care in Alpharetta, GA, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor and record clients' health and vital signs as needed.
• Administer medications and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client conditions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Provide transportation to doctors visits, shopping, social events, and errands

Requirements

• Current CNA or PCA certification in the state of Georgia.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• We offer flexible hours, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• TB screen and CPR certification are required.
