Responsibilities

Evaluate, interpret and coordinate information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Allen Hospital Shift duration varies Staffing Model: Physician coverage 40 hours daily, APP coverage 36 hours daily Physician: 0700-1600, 1000-2000, 1500-2400 and 1900-0700 APP: 0600-1800, 1800-0600 and 1200-2400 Variety of shifts per day 204 bed Hospital with access to all specialties 31 Bed ED Level 3 Trauma Center 2-dedicated trauma rooms 5 bed restricted access behavioral health area Designated primary stroke center Average 98 ED visits daily, 36,000 annually Marshalltown Hospital Shift duration: 12 hours Staffing Model: Physician coverage 24 hours daily, APP coverage 24 hours daily Physician: 0800-2000 and 2000-0800 APP: 1000-2200 and 1200-2400 70 Bed Hospital 16 Bed ED including 4 ligature safe rooms for behavioral health patients Level 4 Trauma Center Average 55 ED visits daily Hospital based ambulance service On call- specialties include Surgery, Ortho, and Podiatry RT available 24/7

Qualifications
