The residential technician will communicate effectively with residents and implement individual support plans to assist adults and youth with developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. They will also administer assessments and assist in developing training programs focused on various skills.
A high school diploma or HSE is required along with past employment experience. Candidates must have a valid Montana Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one, and pass a criminal and protective services background check.
