MD or DO from an accredited program Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Eligible for Georgia medical licensure Fellowship-trained in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine

Candidates must have an MD or DO from an accredited program and be board certified or eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine and eligibility for Georgia medical licensure are also required.
