The role involves providing urgent and critical care in the Emergency Department, which includes triaging patients upon arrival, assessing conditions, and prioritizing care based on severity. Key duties also encompass administering initial life-saving treatments, monitoring vital signs, assisting with diagnostics, and administering prescribed medications and IV therapy.
Candidates must possess valid NMC registration and a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience to be considered for this position. Essential requirements also include excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork, flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends, and a current DBS check.
