The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care supporting the physical, emotional, and educational needs of diverse patient populations by utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves serving as both a clinician and a leader, advocating for patients, supervising care, supporting families, and contributing to unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience for the Clinical Nurse II level and must have graduated from an accredited BSN, ADN, or Diploma program, with non-BSN graduates required to enroll in a BSN program within two years of hire. Required licensure includes current RN licensure in North Carolina (or compact license with NC licensure within 60 days) and current BLS certification.
