1 day per week (Mondays). 7:45am-4:30pm.

Description: VitalCheck Wellness, as administrative agent, is looking for a Physical Therapist to support employees with mindfulness movement and stretching at a corporate wellness clinic in San Francisco, CA. The employer will be a California professional corporation owned and directed by licensed physicians. The clinic will be located onsite at the offices of a major financial institution. This is a great opportunity for physical therapists with desire to improve daily lives and work performances for employees.

Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments and design treatment plans based on client needs. Provide guidance on stretching activities and other activities that might help promote wellbeing / mindfulness. Maintain client documentation. Offer workplace ergonomic assessments. Respond to ad-hoc client needs through online chat. Creation of engagement activities for patients and event planning.

Requirements

Masters Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association is required. Current Physical Therapist License in state of California. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certfication. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Experience with workplace ergonomics, mindfulness movement and stretching. Experience with dry needling preferred. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to reliably commute to office in San Francisco, CA.
