The administrative assistant will support daily office operations by fielding inbound communications, coordinating scheduling for internal and external stakeholders, and organizing internal resources like files and supplies. Key duties also include liaising with visitors, communicating policies, and facilitating executive-level tasks such as booking travel and submitting expense reports.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Essential requirements include proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a positive attitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM.
