Wage Ranges: $30-$33 per hour Opportunity for Flexible Scheduling- 20-25 hours per week Licensed PTA in the state of Wisconsin Long Term Care Setting includes Short term rehab, Long-term residents, & Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities Unique opportunity to assist in the subacute brain injury center!

Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications. Treatment and Education: Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program and hold a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or be license eligible. Required skills include strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with relevant therapy equipment and EHR systems.
