The Physical Therapist will conduct initial patient evaluations, reassessments, and discharge summaries, administering treatments based on these findings while maintaining prompt documentation and departmental productivity standards. Responsibilities also include delegating tasks, participating in case management, supporting daily operations, and engaging in teaching, training, and mentoring activities.
Candidates must possess a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program and hold a current Physical Therapist license for the state of Ohio, with BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Essential qualifications include effective communication, problem-solving abilities, flexibility, independent judgment, and adherence to the APTA's Code of Ethics.
