The Physical Therapist will be responsible for completing all required corporate and clinical training while maintaining regulatory compliance. This clinician must evaluate, treat, direct, and document care for patients receiving specialized pelvic health services.
Candidates must be graduates of an APTA accredited PT school and possess a valid State Physical Therapist License along with current CPR certification. Experience in providing specialized pelvic health services within a gender-affirming care setting is essential.
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
