What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and assist with resident care plans under the direction of the Resident Services Director
  • Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes or emergencies
  • Provide medication administration and clinical support
  • Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented care environment

What you’ll need

  • Must be 18 years or older, required
  • Active LPN License, required
  • CPR Certification, required
  • 3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active LPN License and CPR Certification, and be at least 18 years old. Three years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred, along with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
