The Registered Nurse will prioritize and deliver care to an assigned team of patients within a fast-paced Medical-Surgical environment. Responsibilities include utilizing strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills to provide compassionate healthcare.
Candidates must possess a current Missouri RN license and required BLS certification, along with previous experience using an Electronic Medical Record system. Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in Med Surg or a related field is desired.

What to expect as a Med Surg RN: Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast-paced environment. Be proficient with clinical skills and assessments, critical thinking skills, and time management. Work in a teamwork environment. Use critical thinking, excellent clinical assessment and communication skills. Be able to deliver personal, compassionate care and have excellent customer service skills. Average nurse patient ratio 1:5.
Current Missouri RN license. Previous Med Surg (1-3 years preferred) or related experience desired. BLS certification required. Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required. Your next move:
