The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients and obtaining vital signs. Additional tasks include using the EMR system, registering patients, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Candidates should have previous experience working in a physician's office and preferably hold a CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification. A great attitude and the ability to engage with patients positively are essential.
The Primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting the provider as necessary. Additional tasks include but are not limited to the use of our EMR system, registering patients, insurance verification, scanning medical records, phoning patients with results and proper medical documentation. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing quality patient care to all ages while maintaining patient confidentiality.
