Your role & responsibilities

• As a Centria Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for pediatric patients (birth–21) or adults with complex medical needs.
• Deliver skilled care, including medication administration, catheter care, and Trach/Vent management.
• Monitor patient vitals and document conditions using our streamlined HealthTrust EMR.
