As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents and supervising the activities performed by nursing assistants. Key duties also include promptly charting and maintaining documentation, preparing and administering medications, and fostering positive working relationships with team members.
Candidates must possess a valid, current nursing license in Illinois and current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is required, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
