As a registered nurse, the role involves providing direct care to residents and supervising the activities performed by nursing assistants. Responsibilities also include charting, maintaining documentation, preparing and administering medications, and fostering positive team relationships.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, along with a valid, current nursing license in Illinois and current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is required for this position.
