As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents and supervising the activities performed by nursing assistants. Key duties also include promptly charting and maintaining documentation, preparing and administering medications, and fostering positive working relationships with team members.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, hold a valid and current nursing license in Illinois, and maintain current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is required for this position.
