As a registered nurse, the incumbent will provide direct care to residents and supervise the activities performed by nursing assistants. Responsibilities also include charting, maintaining documentation, preparing and administering medications, and fostering positive team relationships.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, hold a valid and current nursing license in Illinois, and maintain current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is required.
