HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC or BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team in Decatur, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Practice Highlights

Well established, growing practice with great community support 100% Outpatient Practice Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week Minimal call with group shared call No holidays or weekends Strong support staff provided EPIC EMR

Position Requirements: Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start Board Certified or Board Eligible

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base
• Salary: $140,481 with bonus earning potential Sign-On Bonus CME Benefits Provided Annually Fully comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as retirement benefits.

Core Function: Provider

• Education Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.

• Experience Qualifications
• Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.

• Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
• Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
• Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
• Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
• Federal DEA license is preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
