Market context

Dermatology roles are specialized and selective

In Kentucky, small animal dermatology openings tend to be driven by referral caseloads and the need for advanced skin, ear, and allergy care. These roles are competitive because employers typically want a DVM plus board certification or residency training in Veterinary Dermatology, along with an active or obtainable license and strong client communication. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit before applying, then confirm licensure and credential details in the original posting.
