The general purpose of this role is to perform professional medical activities as a primary care physician, providing acute, chronic, and preventative medical care to the community. The physician will contribute to whole-person, integrated care supporting patients across the region.
Candidates must have graduated from an approved medical school and completed satisfactory post-graduate training, achieving Board-Eligibility or Board-Certification by the American Board of Physicians in the specified specialty. Applicants must also be licensed to practice medicine in Colorado and possess current BLS Certification.

To perform professional medical activities as a family medicine primary care provider, delivering comprehensive acute, chronic, and preventative care to patients across the lifespan.
1. Graduation from an approved medical school. 2. Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of Physicians and specified Specialty. 3. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado. 4. BLS Certification required.
Salary: $212,500 to $242,500 annually, DOE which includes $7,500 geographic pay increase for cost of living
