The role involves delivering care across longevity services such as HRT/BHRT, peptides, weight loss, and IV therapy, alongside aesthetic injections like neuromodulators and fillers in a consultation-led setting. Responsibilities include owning patient consults end-to-end, performing injectables independently, supporting longevity programs, and driving retention through education.
Candidates must possess an active Florida NP or PA license and have hands-on, independent experience performing injectables, specifically neuromodulators (tox) and filler. A consult-led practice style with strong documentation habits is required, along with availability for Wednesday evenings and Saturday appointments as needed.
The Marque Longevity Lab is the relaunch of an established Jacksonville clinic under the same ownership, now operating under a new brand built to deliver a more tailored client experience. We blend medical aesthetics and applied wellness with stronger systems and a premium, client-first environment. Our approach is consultation-led and education-first, with a focus on outcomes and long-term retention. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join the launch team and help shape culture, client experience, and day-to-day execution as we grow.
Must-Have Active Florida NP or PA license in good standing. Hands-on, independent injectables experience including tox (neuromodulators), and filler. Consult-led practice style with strong documentation habits; aligned to on-site Jacksonville work with Wed evening and Sat-by-appointment availability as needed. Nice-To-Have Longevity prescribing/management exposure under protocol (HRT, Peptides, and Weight Loss). Vendor familiarity (Allergan, Galderma, Crown, and/or Evolus) and comfort operating in a relaunch/build environment.
