Candidates must possess a DDS or DMD from an accredited school and have completed an accredited Endodontic residency program. A requirement includes holding an active New York dental license in good standing and maintaining Endodontic malpractice insurance.

00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This is a part-time, onsite position as a 1099 contractor.
