Description Registered Nurse – Terra Fertility

Role Summary

The RN plays a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering patient-centered fertility care. This position involves patient education, medication instruction, treatment planning, support during procedures, and close collaboration with physicians and staff to guide patients through all phases of assisted reproductive treatment.

Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' medical history and fertility health.

Educate and support patients through fertility treatments including IUI, IVF, FET, and egg vitrification.

Provide phone and email triage support by assessing patient needs, offering clinical guidance, and coordinating next steps as appropriate.

Provide clear instructions on fertility medications, procedures, and self-administration techniques.

Coordinate and schedule patient procedures and diagnostic testing; obtain necessary consents.

Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the clinical team.

Document patient care accurately in the EMR, including medication instructions, test results, and progress notes.

Perform intrauterine inseminations (IUIs) and assist physicians during procedures as needed.

Close co-ordination with clinical, laboratory and administrative team Offer emotional support throughout the treatment journey and serve as a liaison between patient and provider.

Verify compliance with infection control and documentation standards.

Support quality assurance efforts and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care Perform/learn basic GYN ultrasound Assist in pre-op/post op as needed

Compensation and Benefits This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position based in Dedham, Massachusetts Possibility of hybrid structure in future.

Hourly wage: $40 to $55, depending on qualifications and experience.

Eligible for a generous bonus based on individual and clinic performance.

Holiday differential and night call coverage bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

Requirements

Associate degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution. Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, in good standing. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. 3+ years RN experience; 1+ year in fertility preferred Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking preferred but not required Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day with flexibility for early morning/ evenings/night phone call coverage, weekends, or holidays as needed.
