As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN), the primary responsibility involves providing exceptional support to patients and their families by delivering patient-centered care in senior living communities and patients' homes. This role requires traveling to various communities and homes in surrounding counties while adhering to a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating on-call duties.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid nursing license and possess a passion for providing compassionate care in home settings, with prior home health experience being preferred. Applicants should be skilled in building supportive relationships with patients and families and maintain a positive attitude.

As a Home Health RN, you will be working primarily within senior living communities and patients' homes. This position involves traveling to various communities and homes in the surrounding counties, rather than working in the city. Employees will receive mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits, in accordance with the IRS standard mileage rate.
