Crane Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and serve a close-knit rural community. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care in both outpatient and inpatient/Swing Bed settings while building strong relationships with patients and the community.

The Physical Therapist provides evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitative services to patients across outpatient and hospital-based settings. The PT works collaboratively with Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), support staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to restore function, prevent disability, and promote optimal patient outcomes.
Perform initial patient evaluations and ongoing reassessments. Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and care teams. Supervise PTAs, technicians, and support staff involved in patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Ensure compliance with CMS, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality improvement and departmental initiatives.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Texas Physical Therapist license. Current BLS certification. One year of experience preferred; rural, inpatient, or outpatient experience a plus. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.
