California phlebotomy roles stay steady

Phlebotomist openings in California are often driven by ongoing lab and patient-care needs in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and diagnostic settings. Competition can be stronger for roles that prefer acute care experience and require an active California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certificate.
